PREHEAT oven to 350. COMBINE tomatoes and liquie, 1/2 cup shredded mozarella cheese, basil and stuffing mix. stir until moistened. PUT 2 chicken breast halves in large freezer weight resealable bag. POUND chicken with heavy can or meat mallet or rolling pin until thickness of 1/4 inch/ REPEAT process in same bag with all chicken, 2 at a time. PLACE pounded chicken breast, smooth side down on board. SPREAD with 1/8 of stuffing. ROLL CHICKEN, starting at narrow end as tightly as possible around stuffing mixture. PLACE in 13 x 9 baking dish with seam side down. POUR dressing evenly over chicken and bake for 40 mins. SPRINKLE with remaining 3/4 Cup cheese and bak 5 more mins. or until cheese melts and chicken is cooled through.
